Nutrient Removal by Major Minnesota Crops

At this time of year, there are several requests for information about the amount of nutrients removed by crops. The values that are popular are summarized in the following table. These values are useful because they are listed on a per bushel and per ton basis. Therefore, if the yield is known, nutrient removal can be easily calculated.
