- Steele County Free Fair "Mighty Fine in 2009" is the theme for Minnesota's largest county fair to be held August 18th through the 23rd, 2009. (4-H judging begins on Monday, August 17th!) The Steele County Free Fair has been named one of the "Top Events" in North America. To get details on any of the events or judging times, click on Premium Book and then select your area of interest.
- Land Rental Survey 2003-2004 The Land Rental Survey for 2003-2004 is the result of the cooperative efforts of twenty-seven Extension Offices in Southern Minnesota. Survey results for Steele County are found on pages 49 and 50. The Table of Contents on page 1 will direct you to more valuable information relative to your agricultural operation. This survey is hosted by the Nicollet County Extension website. Hardcopies are available at the Steele County Extension Office or you can print the information you need directly from the website.
