  • 2012-2013 4HOnline Enrollment - Paper Alternative Forms We strongly encourage all 4-H members and adult leaders to re-enroll at mn.4Honline.com. The re-enrollment task should be significantly shorter this year because previously entered information, including project and clubs, will carry over into the new 4-H year. You must log in to 4HOnline and submit your record to be enrolled for the 2012-2013 4-H year. If you have forgotten your password, you can request to have it sent to you at the main login screen at mn.4honline.com

New (first time) 4-H youth members can enroll directly in 4HOnline but must also mail a signed copy of the Authorization Statement to Extension staff. We also recognize that some families will be unable to enroll online, so a paper-based alternative is available by following the above link.
