Description: Phalen 4-H club nurtures healthy interests for youth ages 9-18 in a variety of subjects with hands on learning opportunities for public speaking and leadership through personal goal setting and achievement. Description: The CTC Huskies 4-H Club is a multi-cultural group that focuses on building community across different cultures and languages. Our community is made up of peoples from many nations and therefore our club's mission is to celebrate the differences and similarities of our members.
