The At Your Service: Working with Multicultural Customers program helps communities and businesses build customer service skills and knowledge to create positive experiences and build customer loyalty. Extension can help you:
- arrange for a service workshop in your Minnesota community
- create a community-wide service quality initiative
- purchase the curriculum and become an instructor for your organization
