Leadership for successful employee management

Employee management is critical. Finding and keeping employees can be difficult. This program will help you learn how to become a preferred employer.

Program topics include leadership, culture, supervising, hiring, compensation, tax laws, communication skills, and strategic business planning. Through hands-on activities, participant discussions, and tool development, you will complete the course with materials and ideas that you can immediately implement on your farm.
