You'll want to be able to articulate the skills, talents and experiences that you bring to the workplace and/or to a specific job/career. Can you articulate to yourself (much less a prospective employer) the skills, strengths, and experiences you have and want to use? If someone were to ask you to tell them what you would bring to a job, what would you say? (Exactly what you would say depends on a large extent on what job you are applying for, but we'll get to that later.)
