Program Quality -The Toolkit Session

Cost: $25

 

A train the trainer session which can be used either to make immediate changes in your daily program or as a way to extend your quality improvement efforts with new staff after the Quality Matters year-long series. This session is based on five Quality Matters toolkits which use the YPQA (Youth Program Quality Assessment) indicators to encourage concrete changes in practice.

Best for: Direct service providers, volunteers, coordinators, and supervisors

How it works

  • Review the toolkits and how you might use them in your program.
  • Work in small groups to practice teaching the toolkit concepts.

What you’ll walk away with

  • An understanding of behaviors or practices necessary to create high-quality programs.
  • Confidence to teach staff or volunteers on toolkit concepts.
  • Easy-to-implement ideas for daily program sessions.
