YWI Program Assessment and Planning Service

Cost: $2000 / program

Let the Youth Work Institute help you assess the quality of your program. The YWI has developed a process that is inclusive and collaborative, resulting in a clear plan and staff who are highly invested in improving quality. This process includes on-site observation using the YPQA tool and a personal coach, and guides your team through a planning process that builds on your strengths and highlights growth areas. The YPQA is one of a growing number of tools available that has been validated by research and used extensively in sites across Minnesota.

What you'll walk away with

  • A complete evaluation of your program quality including YPQA data scores and reports used for planning and evidence for funder and stakeholder progress reports.
  • A plan to strengthen program quality.

Facilitators: Walsh, Colleen McLaughlin, Beth Daniels, Charlotte Nitardy, Pam McBride, Jennifer Griffin-Wiesner, Stephanie Love, and Angèle Passe
