U-Lead provides research-based training, local civic leadership assessments, long-term cohort programs, and skill-building workshops, to foster the competence and confidence to help community leaders meet the challenge.

U-Lead works with local governments, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, foundations, business associations, economic development initiatives, natural resources sector, and others.
