Strengthening Leadership in a Changing Minnesota

people walking up steps at capital

These are exciting and demanding times for communities in rural, suburban, and urban Minnesota. U-Lead programs help your workforce, community, or volunteers own and strengthen local leadership to meet challenges of these changing times. U-Lead provides research-based training, local civic leadership assessments, long-term cohort programs, and skill-building workshops. We foster the competence and confidence that allow leaders take informed action on public issues.

U-Lead works with local governments, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, foundations, business associations, economic development initiatives, the natural resources sector, and others.
