Rentwise

RentWise is a tenant education certificate program. The curriculum takes an active-learning approach and stresses tenant responsibility. Participants earn a certificate after completing a minimum of nine hours of education. The RentWise Workbook/Organizer helps tenants store rental records and provides how-to information on unit maintenance and creating collaborative relationships with landlords and neighbors.

Educational Offerings

We train facilitators to conduct our nine-hour tenant education program. Our easy-to-use facilitator’s manual includes teaching resources, lesson plans, and activities on six key topics.
