Poultry Farm

Minnesota tops the nation in turkey production. The poultry industry brings in more than $800 million in income for producers, processors and other related industries. Our educational efforts translate into better bottom lines. We help the poultry industry improve management techniques, develop new products and find new markets.

This program provides information on: poultry production and processing; poultry diseases; nutrition and food safety; and poultry nutrition.

We serve a broad audience including the commercial poultry industry, niche producers, consumers and youth.
