Information about Obtaining Your Temporary Certificate...
for the 2012 ONLINE Private Applicator Certification Exam
Important information you need to obtain your temporary certificate and permanent certification card from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
Pick up your temporary certificate at the 2012 testing web site: https://moodle.umn.edu

Log into the Moodle test application with your username and password you used to register and continue to the exam welcome page.

At the bottom of the gray box you will find the 2012 Private Applicator Testing Completion Certificate link to click on and download your temporary certificate.

This temporary certificate can be used to provide proof of Private Applicator Certification to purchase Restricted Use Pesticides until you receive your permanent certification card from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
After passing the exam, your passing score will be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. They will list your pesticide certification status on-line at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's web site and issue your certification card to you through the mail in a few weeks.
Still don't have your permanent license card?
- If you do not receive the permanent certification card within 60 days after passing the exam, then contact the Minnesota Department of Agriculture by calling 651-201-6633,.
