1. Information on processing, scoring and general information about the test contact Pesticide Safety & Environmental Education, at 800-318-8636. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please leave a detailed message with your name and area code and phone number if you are calling after business hours or on the weekend and our staff will return your call during weekly business hours. 2. How do I check my certification status or get my permanent ID card? To check your certification number, status and expiration date, go online to the MDA. Fill in your information, scroll down and click on "view" for your certification status information.

If you do not receive your permanent certification I.D. card within 30 days after passing the exam, or if you need a replacement card, call the Minnesota Department of Agriculture at 651-201-6633.
