Online Training In-person Training
Parents Forever Train-the-Trainer classes are available online and in-person. All classes feature:
- An introduction to the Parents Forever curriculum components
- An in-depth content review on each unit
- Tips for teaching adults and court-ordered audiences
- Referrals to additional resources not included in the curriculum
- A chance to connect with other Parents Forever trainers
It is recommended that all trainers complete the Parents Forever training so that they ensure that their program meets all 25 minimum standards required in Minnesota.
Parents Forever Online Course for Trainers
In addition to the above training components, the online version of the course features access to a complete online bibliography and resource list. Bulletin board discussions offer trainers the chance to connect with their online instructors and other students who are accessing the course.
About the Instructors
Getting started with the online course is easy!
- Complete the registration form
- Mail the form and your registration fee to the address indicated. A separate registration form needs to be completed for each person registering for the course.
- Purchase a copy of the Parents Forever curriculum. The registration fee for the online course does not include a copy of the curriculum. You will need a copy of the curriculum to complete this Parents Forever course.
- Once your information has been received, you will receive a username and password to log into the course.
- Log into the Parents Forever Online Course. You will have access to this course for X.
- Once you have completed the course, remember to stay connected with the Parents Forever website to hear about new resources and additional professional development opportunities.
