Great Trays

Lorem Ipsum

Great Trays helps schools in “Getting to WOW!” in serving healthy meals.

Great Trays is an initiative led by the Great Trays Partnership. University of Minnesota Extension partnered with the Great Trays Partnership to bring more nutritious, kid-friendly foods into Minnesota school cafeterias. We provide training and tools to help schools statewide improve their menus and help kids eat healthier meals.

Great Trays is funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

"Obesity rates for children have tripled in the past 30 years, which makes it more important than ever that kids get better nutrition. Great Trays is supporting schools with valuable tools to ensure that school meals are healthy and taste good."

Jim Koppel, Minnesota deputy commissioner of health
