TAP Series ONLINE Food Safety Manager Certification

Description
The TAP Series online self-study program uses a mix of video, narration, animation, and interactive exercises for a hands-on learning experience.

This online Food Manager’s Course in offered on-line so you can:

  • Study at your own rate
  • Take the course at home or work
  • Work on-line day or night

The state of Minnesota requires that all food service establishments have one person certified as a food manager. The Food Manager’s Certification class includes information about food preparation, handling, sanitation and prevention of food borne illness.

Take the Food Manager’s Certification course on-line. Work at your own rate, day or night without sitting in a day long course!

Audience
The course is recommended for personnel in restaurants, grocery stores, resort and hotel kitchens and other foodservice establishments. Courses satisfy the education requirement for Food Manager Certification.

Format
Online ! However, the final exam must be taken in person. The exam is given the second Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. Locations include Brainerd, Grand Marais, Marshall, Hallock, St. Cloud, Mankato and St. Paul. Contact Connie Schwartau for other available sites.

(A Certified Food Manager course is also available taught in person.)
