After the Field Day is complete, submit one report to the Field Day organizer.

In an ideal situation, you may have five to six observers. Take time at the end of the day to compile all of the observers’ information for the final report. This report will follow a template (available on the web). It will have headings similar to the nine sections in the Holistic Tool.
Certified report writers are available to offer a quality product to the Field Day organizers.

Determine the best way to share the results of the observation and assessment to the organizers and presenters.

• Summarize each section of the Holistic Tool.

• Create a spreadsheet of the Individual Tool and Holistic Tool data and analyze the data.
