Taking care of your children

While divorce, separation, or custody change is difficult on you, it's especially challenging for your children. Everything that they've come to rely on day-to-day can be turned suddenly — and dramatically — upside down. While your children need you to take care of yourself, they also need lots of support and guidance through this particularly stressful time in their lives.

The following resources give you an overview of what you can do to help your children through the transition.
