Child Welfare and Education Learning Community (CWELC)

The Child Welfare and Education Learning Community (CWELC) was a collaboration between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers working to address issues at the intersection of child welfare and education systems across three states: Illinois, Minnesota, and North Carolina.
