U-Lead Advisory Academy (ULAA)

The U-Lead Advisory Academy (ULAA) is a leadership program for friends of Extension, like you, who are ready to strengthen their ability to provide leadership in their communities. The program will also help you discover Extension's innovative programs through site visits, speakers and activities. This year, ULAA will explore the theme of Leadership for Healthy, Livable Communities. You will gather insights, experiences and resources on this important topic as you learn, connect with fellow participants, and visit communities.

We are now recruiting for our sixth ULAA cohort

ULAA 6 Theme:
Leadership for healthy, livable communities

Farmers market

We'll explore what healthy, livable communities are. One definition describes livability as the sum of the factors that add up to a community's quality of life -- including the built and natural environments, economic prosperity, social stability and equity, educational opportunity, and cultural, entertainment and recreation possibilities.
