For communities interested in establishing a community-wide customer service training effort, this approach creates a year-long partnership with the University of Minnesota Extension to build local capacity. We provide train-the-trainer sessions to create a team of local instructors, help create a process for delivering the workshops and offer a special workshop for business and community leaders to build support.
We work with you to evaluate the effort, and to establish additional ways to build customer service improvement strategies to enhance your community.
